Step 1:
Power off the set to defrost machine.
Step 2:
Wash & clean the chest freezer.
Step 3:
Let the chest freezer stay stationary at designated location for min. 4-6hrs. Do not power on the set immediately after cleaning.
Step 4:
After min. 4-6hrs, power on the chest freezer & test if problem resolves.
