General Terms & Conditions:
These terms and conditions govern your participation in the Promotion, and apply in addition to any applicable terms and conditions which may be provided for in the various media platforms. Please read these terms carefully before taking part in the promotion or accepting the prize.
1. By participating in the Promotion or accepting the prize, you agree to be bound by these terms. In addition, you are acknowledging that the details which you have provided are true, accurate and complete.
2. By submitting your information and personal particulars to us, you agree and consent to Capital Marketing for collecting, using and disclosing such information for the purpose of administering
the Promotion, verifying your identity, contacting you in event of any emergency, winnings and related purposes.
3. The Promotion is open to all Kadeka social media platforms customers in Singapore. Capital Marketing employees, its subsidiaries, its affiliates and their immediate family members are
allowed to participate in this contest, but are not eligible to win any prize.
4. All decision of the panel of judges are final and binding on any matter pertaining to the Promotion. 5. Capital Marketing reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Promotion without prior notice and to substitute any prize with one of the similar value at its sole discretion.
6. The Promotion is governed by the laws of Singapore.
7. Participants or Winners of the Promotion understand and agree that in order to take part or win the Promotion, Capital Marketing or a third party administrator must collect and use personally
identifiable information about Participants or Winners and will from time to time contact. Participants or Winners via their email and/or other addresses as provided. All information
gathered by Capital Marketing may be shared with third party administrators, for the limited purpose of administering the Promotion.
8. The Winners or Participants grant Capital Marketing the right to publish the results of the Promotion and Prizes, and disclose and publish their information (including name) on the

11. Under no circumstances shall Capital Marketing be liable for any loss and/or damage incurred by any party (including without limitation to the loss of income, profits or goodwill whether the same be direct or indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary or punitive) nor shall Capital Marketing be liable for any special damages to any party including third parties howsoever arising whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise, in connection with the Promotion and/or the prizes.
12. Winner announcements will be made via Capital Marketing Social Media Platforms and Website.
13. Winners will be selected at random from warranty cards at the end of the promotion period.
14. Prizes unclaimed One (01) month after the winners’ notification will be forfeited.
15. Capital Marketing reserve the right to amend the Deadline at any time without prior notice. All entries received thereafter will automatically be disqualified.
16. Any communication or information transmitted to Capital Marketing and/or the Facebook page by messaging or otherwise is and will be treated as non-confidential and nonproprietary.
Submissions become the exclusive property of Capital Marketing and will not be returned or acknowledged. Proof of submission is not considered proof of delivery to or receipt of such entry.
17. Capital Marketing reserve the right to select additional winners in our sole and absolute discretion and is not required to provide any explanation.
18. Participants agree to allow all information provided to be used for research and statistical analysis. This information will not be sold or given to any third-party organization.

Winners or Participants grant Capital Marketing the rights necessary for distribution and public display or any content submitted as part of this competition, and hereby grants Capital Marketing the perpetual right to exclusively, royalty-free and without limitation freely use, modify, edit, copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, translate, create derivative works from, alter and publicly display or publish any such intellectual property rights, for whatever purpose, in any form or medium, either on this website or elsewhere, whether promotional or in other activities or events arranged by Capital Marketing, locally or worldwide.

- Gift vouchers are not exchangeable for cash.
- Receive $20 Grocery Vouchers with any purchase of Kadeka Chest Freezer model KCF-200, KCF-250, KCF-300, KCF-350 or KCF400.
- Receive $40 Grocery Vouchers with any purchase of Kadeka Chest Freezer KCF-520 or KCF-620.
- Any purchase of Kadeka Chest Freezer model (KCF-108X, KCF-200, KCF-250, KCF-300, KCF-350, KCF-400, KCF-520, KCF-620) will be entitled a free Retro Kitchen Timer (Worth $26).
